Mediator Ethics Advisory Committee (MEAC) Opinions Overview 2021-2022
DRC Senior Court Operations Consultant Kimberly Kosch provides an one-hour overview of ethical opinions released by the Mediator Ethics Advisory Committee, Florida Supreme Court, in 2021 through 2022. The impact of the opinions and their integration into the ethical standards based on the Rules for Certified and Court-Appointed Mediators will be highlighted.
